What is All Aboard Train Play?

All Aboard Train Play is a friendly and welcoming playgroup for children to play with the ultimate train track in the local area. Join us at one of our train events and let your children loose on our interactive tracks.

Come along for an hour of train fun including; a giant set up track and motorised trains, standalone trains sets, toddler train section, train themed book corner and much more.

Adults - Let your little ones enjoy all the fun of endless tracks, while you supervise. Tunnels, stations, turntables and bridges are all part of our tracks, so many things for children to interact and play with, and plenty of space to enjoy watching the trains race round the tracks – plus without the hassle of packing it all away at the end of the day! In 2022 as a mum of two young children, I decided to look for a playgroup that fitted the interests of my energetic train mad son. I found that there was nothing in Cornwall that fitted the bill of open ended, train play. There were many train themed franchises around the UK, but I didn't feel that their set ups or scale would would work in Cornwall . I decided then and there, as an experienced Primary school teacher, I could set up my own playgroup, that also enabled children to develop those all important Early Years Goals.

Having been to many baby groups, toddler classes, playgroups, baby sensory and classes before, I know what worked in my opinion and what didn't. I wanted a friendly and welcoming group that was inclusive, open ended and reasonably priced... and All Aboard Train Play was born.
